- Check in at the Metro Mirage Newport
- Welcome Party: at the Newport Arms Hotel 1800hrs - Snacks, drinks, meal included. Walk across the road from the Metro, main entry via Kalinya St or side entrance on Queens St. WASC marquee circled (1A)
monday October 21st
- Registration, Briefing and boat draw will be at 08:00hrs at the RPAYC
- Sail Training/Practice Session 09:00 - 10:00hrs
- First Race: 10:15hrs
- Up to 4 Short Course races in Elliott 7s
- Lunch at RPAYC Clubhouse
- Second Practice Session
- Then up to 4 Short Course races in Elliott 7s
tuesday October 22nd
- First Race 10:00hrs
- Up to 4 Short Course races in Elliott 7s
- Lunch at RPAYC Clubhouse
- Then up to 4 Short Course races in Elliott 7s
Wednesday october 23rd
- First Race: 10:00hrs
- Up to 4 Short Course Races in Elliott 7s
- Lunch at RPAYC Clubhouse
- Then up to 4 Short Course races in Elliott 7s
- Captains Meeting following racing at RPAYC
- Evening Presentation and Dinner Function at the Edinburgh Lounge, RPAYC, at 1830hrs
